"Beau Biscuit" the Boykin Spaniel, a shrimp boat mascot navigating the waters between Beaufort and Charleston, is known for his love of fishing and chasing "biscuits" in the warm Carolina waters. Radiating with a sun-kissed glow and marked by a distinct tuft of pineapple-shaped fur on his forehead, Beau bears a landmark emblem of Charleston (resembling the well-known pineapple fountain).
