Thank you for shopping with me! I am committed to ensuring that your items arrive safely and on time. Please review the shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time
    •    Orders for general prints, stickers and note cards are typically processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
    •    Custom Pet Portrait pieces require additional processing time. An estimated wait time is specified in the shop announcement banner and is dependent upon customer reference photo provision. The reference photo approval email from info@petprintsbycblice starts the clock on the specified wait time for your order. Please feel free to email me with any questions prior to placing an order on my website. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues may affect delivery.

3. International Shipping
    •    Our apologies, at this time we cannot accommodate shipping internationally.

4. Packaging & Handling
    •    We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
    •    Prints are typically shipped in flat rigid mailers and securely packed with appropriate packaging materials. Note Cards are shipped in padded or rigid mailers with appropriate packaging materials. Orders only containing stickers may be packaged in a 5x7 envelope and shipped with a forever stamp through USPS, if applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order
    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
    •    Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
    •    If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds
    •    All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error.
